ZOI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information ZOI ("we", "us") collects through zoisports.com, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

When you submit a tryout application, we collect what you type into the form:

We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, to stop spam and limit repeat submissions. We don't store your actual IP address.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we collect it

Only to review tryout applications, contact applicants about tryouts, and keep the form free of spam and abuse.

Where it goes

Applications are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), and a copy is emailed to ZOI's internal inbox so the team can review it. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep applications only as long as they're useful for recruiting, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing [email protected] from your listed email or with your Epic and Discord names so we can find it.

Age

You must be 13 or older to apply. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before applying. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Just email [email protected].

Where we're based

ZOI is based in Colorado, USA, and your information is processed in the United States and wherever Cloudflare operates.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
